Kate does not respond, but Emaline takes Kate's hand and claims she has fingered her. After physical education, Emaline, talking to her friends in her bra about her breasts, notices Kate looking at her and encourages her to clasp her on the chest. When she finds a magazine with naked women in the garage, she secretly tucks it in and is confused that she is attracted by the pictures. On the way home together and in Luke's garage, the two get to know each other better and even if Kate Luke likes very much, she has no romantic feelings for him.
